A mild mix of spices that doesn't overdo it. Complements the venison and doesn't try to replace it with too much of one spice, this one is just right which makes it a top-selling seasoning. You can substitute the pork trimming with Fat Replacer if you wish. Altogether a classic seasoning that has done very well and made a lot of people very happy.

Uses Insta Cure™ No. 1, Soy Protein Concentrate and generally stuffed into a synthetic fibrous casing (Insta Cure™ No. 1, Soy Protein Concentrate and casings sold separately).
