A delicious little twist on a legendary classic. We added a little 'zip' to our best selling Polish Sausage Seasoning (#91120) and everyone loved it instantly. If you like the taste of kielbasa but also enjoy a spicy kick in your food, your on the right page. The spiciness is not overpowering; leaving the rest of the ingredients their tasty place in the recipe. A must try for all sausage lovers, enjoy!

 

The recommended 5 oz. per 10 lbs of meat is based on the formulation we used and found to be nicely balanced, for added heat simply add a small amount of Cayenne Pepper to taste.
