Liver is an acquired taste that sends a lot of people running, unfortunately they probably never had a properly made liver sausage. Follow the recipe that the seasoning comes with and experience the real taste of a good Liverwurst. If you are able to emulsify instead of regrinding, that should be substituted in the recipe. Regrind as many times as needed to get spreadable consistency (making sure meat does not warm).
