For making patties efficiently and uniformly. The heavy duty, Stainless Steel, patty machine turns your prepped meatballs into evenly round hamburger patties with quick pull of the lever. Turns any small scale patty production into a more systematic operation. Starting in the resting position with the raw burger meat on the holder, pulling down on the lever effortlessly pushes the forming plate against the meat and holder making a perfect patty. Easily lift the lever back up and the holder raises the patty above the forming cylinder to comfortably remove the new patty.

Makes 4”diameter patties, 3/4” thick.
