24" long and approximately 3" when stuffed. This casing is made for use with dry-cured sausages especially. A protein coating on the inside of these casings gives them the ability to cling to the meat as it is drying. Soak for 10 - 20 minutes before stuffing. Not edible. Stuffing capacity: approx. 5 lbs.

We had a great experience with costumer service and the person who took our order. We mad a mistake and ordered the wrong size casings. When I called to find out if we could return the casings for a refund I was told by the person that I spoke to, that she would send an email to the costumer service department and that we would get an email shortly. Sure enough we got an email shortly after letting us know that we would get a refund as soon as they received the package. We will most definitely do business again.
