We took it up a notch and made our 50 lb. Smokehouse even easier to use and gave you the ability to manage the internal settings by adding a digital controller. The smokehouse unit remains exactly the same in quality of construction and dimensions as the original 50 Lb Smoker. Includes six (6) Stainless Steel "V" Sticks for hanging product. With this upgrade, however, you will gain unprecedented control, features listed below:

• 5 User Customizable (Savable/Editable) Programs
• Each Program Contains a Maximum of 9 Steps
• Each Step contains the Set Temperature and its Set Duration
Display Shows:
• Program Name (Entered by User)
• Set Smoker Temperature
• Current Internal Smokehouse Temperature
• Internal Product Temperature
• Total Elapsed Time
• Time Remaining for Current Step
Other Features Include:
• Optional Setting for Alarm – Will Sound Audibly When Entered Internal Meat Temperature or Smoker Temperature is Reached.
