The press is engineered to provide you with consistent 4-to-1 weight ratio, 50 lbs. of pressing power is created by hanging approximately 12.5 lbs. from the arm. Make any hard cheese you wish at home. Heavy duty 11ga Stainless Steel Frame, Follower & 18ga S/S Cylinder make it one of most powerful, hygienic, and durable cheese press out there. Can be completely taken apart quick and easy with a screwdriver for cleaning. All Hardware Used is Stainless Steel, except removable rubber feet. 8 perforations for draining at one end. Machine washable. Comes with 0.5 gallon food grade plastic weight holding container and mold cylinder. Makes up to 3 lbs. of cheese.
