#32730 Perforated Drying Tray for D-5/D-10

This tray fits both D-5 and D-10 Dehydrators manufactured by The Sausage Maker. The tray is Made of 304 Series Stainless Steel, making it very easy to clean and durable, with an indefinite life of product. The steel takes in the ambient heat of the dehydrator box and radiates it through the product being dried. Exceptional upgrade from the shelving that is typically used. This unit is composed of series of holes which allow greater air circulation around the product. To prevent product from sticking to surface, spray and wipe on a small coating of Peel-Ease or simply place Plastic Drying Screen onto tray.

 

Dimensions: 16-1/4"L x 14-1/2"W x  3/8"T  (Lip around edge). Holes are 3/8" diameter.
