The TSM stainless steel cabbage shredder surpasses traditional wooden models in both function and durability. Manufactured with only the highest quality materials; 16ga; 304 food grade stainless steel is used to provide many years of dependable operation.  The food plastic cabbage holding carriage easily glides back and forth over 14ga stainless steel adjustable blades, slicing up to 15 pounds of cabbage in 10 – 20 minutes.  One year warranty.
